Initial Consultation this is a 30min appointment consisting of thorough history taking, posture screening,orthopaedic, and neurological examination. At the end of the consultation, we will give you advice and if you are in severe pain some massage and stretching to help short term to help. Chiropractic adjustments are normally carried out after we have explained the cause (Report of Findings) and given you a plan for improvement, whether your treatment consists of Chiropractic, IDD, or Sports Massage.

A Verbal Report of our Findings. This follow up appointment is a review of the findings of your consultation. This is where we go over what we found, if and how we can help, how much it will cost and how long it will take to get you right. We will provide you with a clear and structured plan of action which will work to get you truly well and keep you well! We recommend you bring your diary and someone to this appointment with you.

Please kindly note:
-At your Verbal Report of our Findings you'll be given the option to have a Chiropractic adjustment and begin care, this adjustment is charged separately and not included in the consultation price.
